How We Stay Accountable

Annual General Body Meetings

The General Body meets annually to review performance, approve budgets, and elect leadership as per Articles of Association.

Independent Statutory Audit

Annual financial statements are independently audited by a practising Chartered Accountant and filed with the Registrar of Companies.

Quarterly Financial Reports

Donors receive quarterly utilisation reports with expense breakdowns, activity logs, and bank statements against sanctioned budgets.

Social Audits & Community Feedback

Participatory social audits are conducted at the village level, enabling communities to review and validate programme activities and expenditure.

Dual Signatory Controls

All bank transactions above a threshold require dual authorisation by the Secretary and Treasurer, with Board oversight for large disbursements.

Grievance Redressal Mechanism

A transparent, community-accessible grievance system ensures any concerns — from staff or beneficiaries — are addressed within 15 working days.
